Day-of Coordination
Service Description
- Consultations as needed via email and or telephone. - Services to begin Friday (60 minutes) for rehearsal or for set up. Services are to end Saturday once through dinner. - Day of Management and coordination with Ceremony and Reception location personnel - up to 10 hours. - $125/hour for additional hours (Friday or Saturday). - Tear Down Assistance - $250/2 hours. - Provide or review detailed timeline to service providers, bride and groom, appropriate family members and bridal party. - Confirmation and follow up with all service providers 1-2 weeks prior to wedding. - Provide 2-3 layout suggestions (if booked in timely manner to provide to venue and vendors for coordination).
Cancellation Policy
- $500 deposit due up front, the rest due 2 weeks before wedding date. - Cancellation policy: if canceled 14 days before event deposit is to be kept and the rest is not due. Any event that cancels the contract 14 days or less requires full payment.
