All claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the dispute, or they are forever barred.

These Terms are the full agreement between you and Toast Worthy Events. If any part is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions still apply. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
